Due to the <br /> unusual weather conditions as a result of this morning's snow and the rain forecasted this afternoon, <br /> please be prepared for excessive flooding on streets, particularly around inlets and storm sewers in <br /> low-lying areas. Drivers are urged to slow down to avoid hydroplaning. With snow sticking to stop <br /> signs, information signs, and traffic signals, drivers are also urged to keep alert and to use caution, <br /> especially when approaching intersections. South Bend Public Works' crews are working around the <br /> city to keep streets clear and to combat flooding. <br />
