I�q. to consider the case of Ra1p� Bickel, fireman � <br /> who was suspended cn July 5, 1942 by Chief DeVleeschower. ' <br /> ll�r. Bickel appeared before the members of the Board accompanied by <br /> his attorney George Farage as counsel. After discussion of the charges <br /> upon which his suspension T�vas based and upon consideration of the f acts, <br /> the Board suspended T��r.
