(College <br /> Football Hall of Fame) <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that Resolution No. 2853 <br /> begins the disposition process for the College <br /> Football Hall of Fame property by <br /> establishing its fair market value as <br /> $2,687,500, the average of two independent <br /> appraisals. <br /> Mr. Varner questioned whether it is the intent <br /> to put the College Football HOF property on <br /> the market at this price?
