Bendix Drive) <br /> (10) Resolution No. 2863 related to acquisition <br /> of property in the Airport Economic <br /> Development Area (1033 N. Bendix Drive) <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that 1033 N. Bendix Drive <br /> was added to the Airport Economic <br /> Development Area Acquisition List by <br /> Resolution No. 2450 on June 23, 2008. It <br /> was added in part to help clean up the north <br /> east boundary of— and promote overall <br /> development within—LaSalle Square, in <br /> accordance with the LaSalle Square Area <br /> Redevelopment Plan. <br /> The 0.8 acre property contains an <br /> approximately 34,000 sft commercial retail <br /> building (a former Auto Zone). The building <br /> has been unoccupied for several years. <br /> Resolution No. 2863 sets the acquisition <br /> value of the property at $250,000, the <br /> average value as determined by two <br /> independent appraisals. Staff requests <br /> approval of Resolution No. 2863. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2863 <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2863 AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br /> related to acquisition of property in the (1033 N.BENDIX DRIVE) <br /> Airport Economic Development Area (1033 <br /> N.
