giving written notice of its election to do so or may, at its option, lease the Property, or any part <br />thereof, as the agent of the Company, or otherwise. <br />C. The Company shall pay upon demand all the Commission's costs, charges, and <br />expenses, including reasonable fees of attorneys, agents, and others retained by the Commission, <br />incurred in enforcing the Company's obligations hereunder or incurred by the Commission in <br />any litigation, negotiation, or transaction involving the Company in which the Commission <br />becomes involved or concerned without the Commission's fault. <br />14. LIABILITY INSURANCE. <br />A. Company shall, at all times, maintain Comprehensive General Liability insurance <br />covering all operations in which the Company is engaged with limits of $1,000,000.00 Each <br />Occurrence and an Aggregate limit of not less than $5,000,000,00. In addition, the Company <br />shall carry Automobile Liability insurance covering any vehicles owned by or operated by the <br />Company on the Commission's Property with limits of not less than $1,000,000.00 per accident. <br />The Company shall, at all times, carry Workers Compensation insurance covering the <br />Company's employees and any subcontractors engaged by the Company. <br />B. Such insurance policy or policies shall name Commission as an additional <br />insured and shall provide that they may not be cancelled on less than thirty (30) days prior <br />written notice to Commission. Company shall furnish Commission with certificates of <br />insurance evidencing such coverage. Should Company fail to carry such insurance and furnish <br />Commission with certificates of insurance after a request to do so, Commission shall have the <br />right to obtain such insurance and collect the premium thereof from Company as additional rent. <br />0 <br />
