There is no change to the overall <br /> appropriation however certain agency allocations are being adjusted.A reminder that this <br /> appropriation covers three years from July 20,2009—July 19,2012,and that a portion of these dollars <br /> have already been expended. <br /> However,after consultation with HUD staff in both the Indianapolis Field off=ice and Washington, <br /> these changes are being submitted in an effort to implement a plan to better position the City and sub- <br /> grantee agencies to expend all of the HPRP dollars by the three year deadline of duly 2012. The changes <br /> speak to: <br /> (1) the actual change in service provision from Madison Center to Oaklawn <br /> (2) the pattern of higher investment costs per client than originally projected so an increase in the <br /> financial assistance dollars <br /> (3) the actual contractual cost of data collection <br /> (4) small increases in YSB and CFTH administrative dollars <br /> Per the Housing and Community Development Plan and HPRP regulations, a 12 day comment period to <br /> review the changes to the HPRP Substantial Amendment occurred from March 28, 2011 through April 9, <br /> 2011. A copy of this amendment was also available on the City's website. <br /> Should there be any questions on this bill please contact me at 235-5845.
