He left duty on November 11, 1940. <br /> At the regular meeting of the Board of Public SVorks & Safety held <br /> on November 12, 1940, Earl Tdull, a member of the Fire Department appear- <br /> ed .in person before the Boarcl and by Joseph L�iller, his Attorney, in <br /> response to charges filed against him by Fire Chief Charles J. 'DeVleescho�v- <br /> er.
