<br /> prohibi�ing such practice, and t he Council recor�ended tha� the Board permit '
<br /> reasonable use of side�ralks for display of inerchandise until January lst, '
<br /> 1940, a� tis�nich time the ordinance is to be rigorousl� enforced. T?ie Board -
<br /> concurred in the recorunendation of the Comrion Council and instructs the '
