"Partnership Program Award" — The I.U. South Bend Community <br /> Connection Partnership with S. B. Parks in Arts and Culture <br /> This program was a great partnership with IUSB and S.B. Parks. Local <br /> youth were exposed to learning opportunities in the field of Arts and local <br /> culture. Mentoring by older college students provided a great learning <br /> atmosphere and some very creative outcomes. <br /> Indiana Parks Professional of the Year — Phil St. Clair <br /> Awarded annually to the State's top park and recreation professional. <br />
