REGULAR MEETING MARCH 28, 2011 104 OPENING OF BIDS — ONE (1) OR MORE, NEW GOLF COURSE CORING AERATOR BLACKTHORN NON-REVERTING FUND This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County News, which were found to be sufficient. She stated they would need to be contacted and told they have until the end of the day to submit proof that they purchased a bid bond or check before 9:30 a.m. this morning. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above bids were referred to Blackthorn Golf and Equipment Services for review and recommendation.
