South Bend's City Plan: Creating Solutions Together The process to create South Bend's first comprehensive plan, City Plan, is entering a new phase. The final round of public input sessions to develop City S^ w Plan will be held from June 21 —27, 2005 at various locations throughout the RECIEVESAWARD city. The meetings are free and open to the public and everyone is encouraged The City of South Bend has been to attend.
