South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting —March 22, 2011 must meet the offering price of $339,500; (2) that the proposal may be for commercial - retail, commercial- office or mixed uses that are permitted within the CBD zoning designation; (3) that proposals must include a basic reuse plan for the site and a project timeline. Strong emphasis will be place on compatibility with the goals and objectives of the South Bend Central Development Area Development Plan. (4) that all proposals must be compatible with the design guidelines and development standards outlined in the Design Guidelines for the South Bend Central Development Area. Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. King and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the Bid Specifications and Design Considerations for disposition of the l" Source development parcel, 122 South Niles Avenue. (6) Authorization to publish Notice of Intended Disposition of Property with publication dates of March 25 and April 1, 2011 and receipt of bids at 10:00 a.m., April 12, 2011. (1St Source development parcel, 122 South Niles Avenue) Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. King and unanimously carried, the Commission authorized to publish Notice of Intended Disposition of Property with publication dates of March 25 and April 1, 2011 and receipt of bids April 12, 2011.
