South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting —March 22, 2011 published in that newspaper on March 4, 2011; (6) A statement from David Relos that he sent a copy of the Notice of Hearing to affected property owners on March 4, 2011; (7) A statement from David Relos that he sent a copy of the Notice of Hearing to interested neighborhood associations and affected taxing jurisdictions on March 4, 2011; (8) The mail was checked prior to this meeting. As of 10:00 a.m., March 22, 2011 there were no written remonstrances received related to Resolution No. 2852 Mr. Relos noted that on January 21, 2011, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2837, a Declaratory Resolution to amend the Development Plan of this Area to add the two parcels at the northwest corner of Washington and Taylor to the WWCDA List of Properties to be Acquired. The Area Plan Commission and South Bend Common Council approved separate resolutions approving the addition of those properties to the List of Properties to be Acquired. The final process in amending the Development Plan is the Confirming Resolution No. 2852. Staff requests, which will allow these properties to be acquired and this corner rehabilitated. Ms. Jones opened the Public Hearing for whoever wished to speak regarding Resolution No. 2852. There was no one who wished to speak. Ms. Jones closed the Public Hearing for whatever action the Commission wished to take. (2) Consideration of Resolution No. 2852.
