0 March 1, 2005. • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION CONCERNING THE ADDITION OF PROPERTIES TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN ACQUISITION LIST THAT: (9). To accomplish redevelopment of the Area it is necessary to acquire additional land within the Area as shown on page 22(Z) of the Development Plan attached hereto as Attachment I to Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein. (10). It is estimated that the cost of acquisition and redevelopment of the properties being added to the acquisition list is $25,000. (11). The Development Plan is amended at page 22(Z) as shown by the page attached hereto as Attachment I to Exhibit "A ", and is hereby in all respects approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other findings, determinations and conclusions in Resolution No. 737, as amended from time -to -time, shall remain as stated therein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the United States of America is hereby assured of full compliance by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission with regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development ( "HUD ") effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary is hereby directed to file with the Office of the Recorder for St. Joseph County, Indiana a certified copy of Resolution No. 2105, the Development Plan, as amended, with the minutes of this meeting.
