E <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2108 <br />I A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF <br />REAL PROPERTY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission ["Commission"], in furtherance of the Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan, to acquire unencumbered fee title to the real properties identified on <br />Attachment "A" hereto ["Parcels"], which Parcels are located in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission as follows: <br />1. The Executive Director is authorized and directed to cause a notice and final offer in <br />writing to be made to the owners identified on Attachment "A" at the respective <br />concurred-on price, which final offer shall include an invitation to discuss the acquisition <br />of the Owners' property with the Department of Redevelopment within thirty days of <br />mailing.. <br />Adopted at the regularly scheduled meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held <br />on October 22, 2004, at 1308 County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, <br />Indiana 46601. <br />ATTE,ST�. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />
