RESOLUTION NO. 2109 <br />RESOLUTION RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, in <br />furtherance of the Airport Economic Development Area Development Plan, to acquire unencumbered <br />fee title to the real estate identified on attachment "A" in the Airport Economic Development Area in the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />follows: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, as <br />1. The Executive Director is authorized and directed to cause a notice and final offer in <br />writing to be made to the owner(s) identified on Attachment "A" at the respective <br />concurred-on price, which final offer shall include an invitation to discuss the acquisition <br />of owner's property with the Department of Redevelopment within thirty (30) days from <br />mailing. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on <br />November 5, 2004, at 1308 County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana <br />46601. <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert W.
