GG1 <br />Tuesday May 1£�ih.. ,1915. <br />Board met in, regular session. at 10:00 A.M. All members present. <br />Bias were received and opened for pipe sewer on Jacob Street from <br />-"Jefferson..BaulevArd ;to the lst alley north. The same were referred to the City Engineer <br />f®r tabulation to be reported. On at 7:45 P.M. this 18th. day of May21915. <br />Mr. HoAe Hillier appeared before the Board and represented. Martha ' E. <br />Hillier,and_prese ated a plat of Oak Park 4th. Addition. (There being thirty Five (35) <br />`lots in. all) The Board approved. of the same. <br />Petition filed with the BoLrd for a grade ors. Dayton Street From <br />Caroline Street to Robinson Street. The same w.s referred. to they City Eggin.eer *or a, <br />report. <br />Pet't.ion Filed for a grade on Randolph Street from Caroline Street <br />V. to Robinson Street. The same was referred to the City Engineer for a report. <br />P <br />Remonstranetv' received and placed on rile from property owners against <br />,,.,graveling, grading, curbing and sialewalk on Dayton Street from Leer Street to Marine Street. <br />E. Burner of E. Burner & Company appeared before, the Board and requested <br />permission to close alley east of Main Street a distance of One hundred (100) feet north <br />of Navarre Street for thirty (30) days rmile constructing the Nurses Home. The same eras <br />granted by the Board. <br />T_-e Board ordered a resolution prepared on petition filed with the <br />Board on March 2.3rd.1915 for grade, curb and wall•, on Hill Street from Corby Street to <br />Howard Street. The same was referred to tree City YCivil Engineer. <br />Mr. E. H. Potter, Agent of the New York Central Lines in this City <br />with Mr. W. F. Gra;vitt, Master Carpenter between Chicago and Elkhart, for said Ry Co. <br />-appeared before the Bos-rd in `ref.ard to notice received for repl nkin.g Crossing a,s per <br />notice received by -)the Bon,_r. a rrom t e Common Council on May llth . 21)15, &44. ask the <br />Boa:rd",to ilimin�te some of -the streets mentioned in said. notice. The Board instructed <br />Ar.. Potter an-- Mr. Gravitt ' to take this matter up with the Council at the Committee of <br />the Whole meeting to be held at 7:45 P.M. this 18th. day of May,1015 <br />Communication received. from C.E.Lee quoting price of painting <br />the Elm St. entrance gate to the City Cemetdry,one coat on, the b3.a:ck pouts and two coats <br />A ---,on the white parts for ($15.00) The same was read and placed on file. <br />The City Civil Engineer filed the tabulated bids on the Michigan <br />Street Trunk sewer with the Board, the awarding of same was deferred until Tuesday at <br />'evening May 18th.1915 at 7:45 P.M. <br />President. <br />
