ACTION (ADVERTISE/CONTACT): In order for your bid to be deemed responsive, the City of South Be T quires that all perspective bidders complete no less than 2 of the following: 1. Attend all pre -bid meetings scheduled by the City to Inform MBEAWVBEs of contracting and subcontracting opportunities. 2- Advertise In general circulation and/or trade association publications concerning subcontracting opportunities, and allow MBEIWBEs reasonable time to respond. 3 Perform any and all necessary steps to provide written notice In a manner reasonably calculated to Inform MBE/WBEs of subcontracting opportunities and allowed sufficient time for them to participate effectively. 4.
