642 Iednesday Apil 29th.1,1915. Board met in special session at 11:30 A.M. All members present. Mr. F.--A. Bryan of the Indiana and Michigan Electric Company appeared before the Board and discussed lights. The :following report of appraisers was filed with the Board. ✓ STATY OF INDIANA. ) SS ST JOSEPH COUNTY ) In the St. Joseph Circuit Court. February Term,1915. Mary R. Riley and William R. Innis Executor of the estate of Dora L. Innis.. VS REPORT OF APPRAISERS. City of South Bend, Indiana, Fred W. Keller, Mayor of said City and Ernest M. Morris,Arthur H.RRiae and. John B. Bieber, the Board of Public Works of said City. The undersigned, appointed as appraisers in the above entitled matter, beg leave to report to this Honorable Court that the assessment comp&ained of by ; the plaintiffs in the complaint herein aearuing by reason of the construction of the seder described in said complaint and popularly knoum as the Bowman Creek sewer is em cessive; and hereby further report that said real estate will be benefitted by reason of the construction of said sewer in the seal of Thirteen Thousand. Five hundred ($l3,500.00)Dollars, and hereby assess the benefits aceruing to said land in the said sum of Thirteen Thousand Five hundred ($1-,A,500.00)Dollars.
