Rice absent. <br />Applications for permission to set billboards by the South Bend Billposting <br />Company were approved as follow$ <br />To set billlboard 50x10 ftj of sleet iron at 403 E. Sample Street on -property of Daniel Dickey, <br />To set billboard 25 X10 ft. of sheet iron at 40S So. Chapin Street, property of M.R. <br />Turners Association. <br />To set billboard 15' X10 ft E) f sheet iron at 211 N. Michigan St. property Garbriel Summers. <br />The pole and wire ,inspector weported that the guy wire belonging to the <br />A. --The South Bend Home Telephone Company in front of 913 Prairie Avenue was O.K. <br />Partial estimate allowed Harry N. Barnes, for pavement on Cottage Grove <br />Ave.me from Grand View Avenue to Oak Street for the amount of.... <br />The following communication was received from the Park Boa.rd'and. approved. <br />To the Honorable Board of <br />Public Works,, <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Gentlemen: — <br />The department of Public Works of the City expect to open the Parks to the <br />public on May lst.21915. and the Board would be pleased to have the lights installed by <br />that date. <br />Yours truly,, <br />ARTHUR P.
