610 Tuesday March 30th.,1915. Board T et. in regular se sion .at 10:00 A. I. -A11 members present. / Bids were received,opened and read for pipe sewer on Grant Street.. The same were referred to the City Engineer for tabulation to be reported orted back at 7.45 P.M. this 30th. day of Marchm1915. Complaint received from Chief of Police Kerr in regard to the condi— tion of the Attic of the City Hall. The janitor was instructed to clean sane. The fallowing excavation bonds for the sum of One Thousand Dollars ( $1,000.00)was approved by the Board. Fred P. Futter as principal and Southern. Surety Company of St. Louis Mo. as sureties. Henry De Vos, as principal and united States Fidelity & Guranty Co. of Balttmorq Maryland as sureties. Thos. williams, as principal and United States Fidelity & Guaranty J Co. of Balitmorem Aid. as sureties. Jacob M. Sin,gler, as principal and United States Fidelity & Gura,nty l Company of Baltimore, Md. as sureties'. J Arthur V.. Meyer, as principal and The Illinois Surety . Ce. Of Chicago, Ill as sureties. Contractors bond for the sum of One Thousand ( $1,000.00)Dollars signed by Henry De dos as principal and United States Fidelity & Guranty Co. of J Baltimore, did. was approved by the Beard. Certificate of renewal for the South Bend Billposting Company's Bend for the setting and rebulding of billboards in the City was approved by the Board.
