Witwer the only property owner appeared <br />and verbally agreed to pay �100.00 instead of $131.00, as per roll filed on. May 12, 912. <br />The Board after due consideration decided to modify said roll to read <br />lQQ-00in stead of $131.00 as benefits to Mr. Edwin C. Witwer and Rosa G.
