All members present. / Hearing had on roll snowing awards of damages and assessments of benefits v in the matter of Vacation Resolution No,. 13 adopted 10th. day ofNovember,1911. In the city of South Bend, Indiana. In the abo e matter Mr. Edwin C. Witwer the only property owner appeared and verbally agreed to pay �100.00 instead of $131.00, as per roll filed on. May 12, 912. The Board after due consideration decided to modify said roll to read lQQ-00in stead of $131.00 as benefits to Mr. Edwin C. Witwer and Rosa G. Witwer, and therefore declare the above roll filed May 12th.11912 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. Partial estimate allowed Stewart —Sheets Company on the.Bowman Creek Trunk sewer for the amount of $2,500.00 The following telegram was received from the Southern Surety Compny and placed on file. Webster for -the amount of $1,656.20 the same not to be started until April lst,1915. Motion made by Mr. Rice and seended b y Mr. uteber that a letter be written to Mr. Webster telling him that contract for adams Street sewer was awarded to }aim with the understanding that brork be started in spring, and. to be reutnred with his O.X. on same. Communication received from Charles Coonley, relative to payment ,/for care of Cemetery Lot. The same was read and placed on file. President.
