In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Tribune, commencing on the 26th. dau of October,1914 stating that this Board will, give a hearing.on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 10th., day of November,1914 at 7: 45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the dove contract be acceptd and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 26th. day of October,1914 in the South Bend Daily Tribune-, stating that this Board will give a nearing on the acceptance of such work at is office in the City hall on the loth., day of November,1914 at 7:45 P.M.
