51 <br />Tuesday October 13th.,1914. Continued. <br />✓ Eng_;_neer filed assessment roll and final estimate for water connections <br />on Cottage Grove Avenue from Michigan Avenue to Portage Avenue, under Improvement <br />Resolution No. 345. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for <br />six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Tribune, commencing on the 19th., day <br />of October,1914 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount -.of such assess— <br />ments at its office in the City Hall on the 3rd. day of November,1914'at 7:45 P.M. <br />Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract be <br />accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice .of this resOlution <br />shall be published on the 19th., day of October,1914 in the South Bend Daily Tribune . <br />stating that this Board will give a, hearing on the acceptance f such work at its office <br />i the City Hall on, the 3rd. day of November,1914 at 7:45 P.M. <br />Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for water connections <br />/on Sherman Avenue 'rom Michigan Avenue to Oak Street, under Improvement Resolution <br />No. 344. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published <br />for six consecutive days in the Sutn Bend Daily Tribune commencing on the 19th., day <br />of October,1914 stating that this Board will give a hearing -on the amount of such assess <br />ment at its office in the City Hall on the 3rd. day of Govember,1914 at 7:45 P.M. <br />Resolved 'further, that the entire w rk under the above contract be <br />accepted and app roved gnd the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution <br />shall be published on the 19th., day of October 1914 in the South. Bend Daily Tribune, <br />stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office <br />in the City Hall on the 3rd. day of November,1914 at 7:45 P.M. <br />The following petitions were presented to board and the same <br />were read and placed on file. <br />Petition for a light at the corner of South Michigan Street and <br />Chippewa Avenue and one between Donmoyer Avenue and South Michigan St, <br />I—, Petition for a light at Rush Street and Ohio Street intersection. <br />Petition for a light at the corner of Kalamara and Hill Streets. <br />� Petition for a light at corner of Haney Avenue and South St. <br />Joseph St. <br />v In regard to moving light at 81.2 W. Jefferson Street, the same was <br />placed on file. <br />Petition filed with the Board from property owners with reference <br />to moving of a billboard on South Bend Avenue between St. Peter Street and Notre <br />Dame Avenue. The same was read and referred to the inspector to report on at next <br />meeting. Tuesday October 20th.,1914. at LO;)O A.M. <br />The City Civil Engineer submitted partial estimate and the same was <br />allowed to Stewart —Sheets Company on the Bowman Creek Trunk sewer -for the amount <br />of .................$3,694.44 <br />Plat of Willowdale Bub —Division of Lots 37,39,39.40 & 41 Oak Park <br />1st. add. was approved by the Board. <br />Pole and wire inspector made report on poles at rear of 211 <br />W. La Salle Avenue. The same was read and placed on file. <br />M. Feser presented note stating he owed W. Metz Eight Dollars and <br />forty cents. The same was referred to the City Controller. <br />Co'tract and Bond between Hoban & Roach and J. C. Birdsell and <br />J F. A. Miller for the paving of Sunnyside Avenue with concrete, was approved by the Board <br />
