Company in regard V1 to the candle power of ligt,ts on Elder Street. The same was read and placed on file. Ward about vacated poles in the City.belonging to the Home Telephone Company, the pole and wire inspector reported on the same and the Board ordered that a notice be sent to the South Bend Home Telephone Company to remove all unused poles on Kemble Avenue also any other part of the City.
