<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
<br /> FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN ROGERS
<br /> STREET ON THE NORTH, WASHINGTON STREET ON THE
<br /> SOUTH, OLIVE STREET ON THE EAST, AND KALEY
<br /> STREET AND KALEY STREET EXTENDED ON THE WEST,
<br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
<br /> INDIANA:
<br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is
<br /> commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br /> be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification
<br /> of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St.
<br /> Joseph County, State of Indiana:
<br /> Lots 5 through 9, 13 through 15, 24 through 28, 36
<br /> through 43, 49 through 51, 54 through 59, 68 through
<br /> 75, 80 through 89 north of Washington Street, and 90
<br /> through 96 West End Subdivision, Portage Township,
<br /> City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana;
<br /> Lots 2 through 20, 33 through 50, 53 through 65, the
<br /> east 12 feet of Lot 66, Lots 69 through 72, Lots 85
<br /> through 96, and Lots 98 through 104 Kaley's 1st
<br /> Subdivision, Portage Township, City of South Bend,
<br /> St. Joseph County, Indiana;
<br /> Lots 109 through 124, 201 through 214, and the north
<br /> 64 feet of Lots 215 and 216 Kaley's 2nd Subdivision,
<br /> Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph
<br /> County, Indiana; and
<br /> Lots 217 through 232 Kaley's 3rd Addition, Portage
<br /> Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County,
<br /> Indiana.
<br /> be and the same is hereby established as "A" Residential, "A" Height and

<br /> SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
<br /> from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the mayor,
