WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1928was further amended by Resolution No. 1957 adopted --' on March 7.2O03; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1928 was further amended by Resolution No. 2013 adopted on November 17.2003; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1928 was further amended by Resolution No. 2059 adopted om June 18.20O4;and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1928 was further amended by Resolution No. 2072 adopted un July 27.2004. and created Allocation Area #2;and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1928 was further amended by Resolution No. 2094 adopted on September 13.2OO4. and created Allocation Area #3;and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1928 was further amended by Resolution No. 2107 adopted on November 1S.2O04;and WHEREAS, the Plan includes o list of parcels mf property tobeacquired; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Plan by modifying the list of parcels of property to be acquired and adding certain parcels of property to the list, said properties being more particularly described atExhibit 'A "attached hereto and incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, Ind. Code §38-7-14-17.5 provides the means for approving an amendment to the Plan that involves the addition of one or more parcels to the list of parcels to be acquired; and WHEREAS, the Commission has complied with the notice provision of Ind. Code § 36-7-14-17.5(a) and (e); and WHEREAS, at the hearing held bythe Commission on the 21" day of January 2O05et1O:O0 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, at 1308 County-City Building, 13th F|oor, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana, the Commission heard all persons interested in the proceedings and received and considered Q written remonstrances and objections and other such evidence presented. NOW, THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COK8yN|SS|C/N, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY UF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT {}F REDEVELOPMENT, AS FOLLOWS: The Commission finds that the amendment is reasonable and appropriate when considered in relation hothe Plan. 2. The Commission finds that the Pkan, with the proposed amondment, conforms to the comprehensive plan of the City.
