17. FURTHER PROVISIONS: Additional paragraphs numbered , attached to this Contract are part of this Contract and <br />the terns and provisions thereof are binding upon the Owner and broker. <br />19. OWNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT: <br />a. This Contract is binding upon the Owner's heirs, administrators, executors or assigns. <br />b. He has read and understands this Listing Contract and profile sheet. <br />C. Broker and Brokers subagents are exclusively the agents of the Owner and not the agent of the Purchaser; <br />however, the agent and subagents are under a duty to treat all parties in the transaction fairly.
