nmj Tuesday August llth.,1914. Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. assessment roll and final estimate Hearing given on"Brick pavement on Marion Street from Scott Street to Leland ,/Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 272. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board after having said matter under advisement decided to defer all action on the above roll until Tuesday August l8th.,1914 at 10:00 A.M. Hearing given on assessment roll ans final estimate for curb and walk on Meade Street Washington Avenue to Bertrand Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 303. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed July 1421914 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board fur- ther find that the assessment roll filed July 14th.,1914 and the final estimate allowe July 14th.,, 1914 should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
