<br />Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present.
<br />In the matter of the hearing on Pulaski Street pipe sewer from Division
<br />Street to Ford Street, IA the City of South Bend, Indiana. Remonstrators appeared
<br />and the Board find that after having said matter under advisement that the remon-
<br />strance filed July 21st., 1914 should be sustained and that the resolution should be
<br />and the same is hereby and in all things rescinded.
<br />Hearing given on Improvement Resolution Not 330 for a pipe sewer on
<br />/ Calvert,,Street from the Bowman Creek Trunk sewer to Witwer Avenue: In the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were
<br />filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the bene-
<br />fits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the esti-
<br />mated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes
<br />final, action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all
<br />things. ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved Furth-r, that notices be published on the 6th., day of Aug.
<br />1914 and on the 13th., day of Amgust,1914 in a newspaper of general circulation
<br />in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said
<br />improvements up to'10:00 A.M. on the 25th., day of Au gust,1914 at 10:00 A.M. The
<br />Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

<br />Dubail'Avenue from Carroll Street to Miami Street, In the City Of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances
<br />were filed. And the' Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the bene-
<br />fits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the esti-
<br />mated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes

<br />things ratified, confirmed and approved*

<br />In the matter of a hearing on the pavement of the 1st alley
<br />North of Washinton Avenue from Walnut Street to Sutdebaker Street,under Improvement
<br />Resolution No. 331. In the City of South Bend, Indiana._`'Remonstrators appeared and
<br />A remonstrance was filed, the Board having said matter under advisement find that
<br />the remonstrance filed this 4th, day of August,1914 should be sustained and that the
<br />resolution should be and the same is hereby in all things rescinded.
<br />/ Deferred hearing on the pavement of Sherman Avenue from Michigan
<br />✓ Avenue south to Oak Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 301 In the City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana. The Board having said matter under considered 6nd'bein -fully
<br />advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for
<br />said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City
<br />Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution'as originally
<br />adopted, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />1914 a -id on the 13th., day of August,1914 in a newspaper of general circulation
<br />in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said
