Resolution No. 1328 was further amended by Resolution No. 2072 adopted on July 27.2U04. and created Allocation Area #2;and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1Q28 was further amended by Resolution No. 2094 adopted on September 13,2OU4' and created Allocation Area #3; and WHEREAS. Resolution No. 1928 was further amended by Resolution No. 2107 adopted on November 1S.2004;and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1928 was further amended by Resolution No. 2120 adopted on January 21.2OO5; and WHEREAS, the Plan includes a list of parcels of property to be acquired; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Plan by modifying the list of parcels of property to be acquired and adding certain parcels ofproperty to the list, said properties being more particularly described atExhibit "A "attached hereto and incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, Ind. Code §3G-7-14-17.5 provides the means for approving an amendment tu the Plan that involves the addition of one or more parcels hothe list of parcels tobe acquired; and WHEREAS. the Commission has complied with the notice provision of Ind. Code § 36-7-14-17.5(a) and (e); and WHEREAS, at the hearing held by the Commission on the 4 th day of March 2005 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, at 1308 County-City Bui|ding, 13th Floor, 227 VVaot Jefferson Bou|evend, South Bend. Indiana, the Commission heard all persons interested in the proceedings and received and considered 0 written remonstrances and objections and other such evidence presented.
