Any taxes levied on the property imposed undor|.C. 6-1.1 in the Allocation Area shall be al|uoah*d, distributed and used as provided in Resolution Nn. g1S.as amended, and the Act. The base assessment date for Expansion Area No. 2O" for purposes onfthe Act, is March 1,2QO4. The Allocation Area as expanded shall be hereinafter known as "Airport Economic Development Area, Allocation Area No. V ("Allocation Area No- 1"). 5. To accomplish development of the Area itis necessary bz acquire additional land within the Area as shown on the Property Acquisition Uzd included in the Economic Development Plan attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". 6. It is estimated that the cost of acquiring the property being added to the acquisition list is $300.000.00. 7' The proposed amendment to the Development Plan as attached hereto is hereby in all respects approved. Q. The Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy ofsaid Development P/an, an amended, with the minutes of this meeting. 9. The Secretary is hereby further directed to record this Resolution with the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 36-7-14-17.5(g), 10.
