Any <br />taxes levied on the property imposed undor|.C. 6-1.1 in the Allocation Area shall be al|uoah*d, <br />distributed and used as provided in Resolution Nn. g1S.as amended, and the Act. The base <br />assessment date for Expansion Area No. 2O" for purposes onfthe Act, is March 1,2QO4. The <br />Allocation Area as expanded shall be hereinafter known as "Airport Economic Development Area, <br />Allocation Area No. V ("Allocation Area No- 1"). <br />5. To accomplish development of the Area itis necessary bz acquire additional land within <br />the Area as shown on the Property Acquisition Uzd included in the Economic Development Plan <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". <br />6. It is estimated that the cost of acquiring the property being added to the acquisition list is <br />$300.000.00. <br />7' The proposed amendment to the Development Plan as attached hereto is hereby in all <br />respects approved. <br />Q. The Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy ofsaid Development P/an, an <br />amended, with the minutes of this meeting. <br />9. The Secretary is hereby further directed to record this Resolution with the Office of the St. <br />Joseph County Recorder pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 36-7-14-17.5(g), <br />10. All other findings, determinations, and conclusions in Resolution No. 919, as amended, <br />shall remain as stated therein. <br />11' The United States of America is hereby assured of full compliance by the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission with regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. <br />Adopted at meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on March 4, <br />2UU5.at13OO County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 460U1. <br />11 <br />
