27S Friday June 12th . ,1914. Board met in special session at 4:0o P-.M. Mr. Weber absent. Bond of Contractor for One Thousand ($11000.00)Dollars signed by George Healey as'principal and C. A.•Dolph and E. L. Hummer as sureties. The same was approved by the Board. The following changes in location of street lights was made and approved by the Board -and the Clerk instruDted to notify the Indiana & Michigan Electric CoMpany. Ind. .& Mich.' Elec. Co. South $end,Ind. Gentlemen: - We have been going over the changes in location of street lights and direct you to change the location of the lights as follows: - Light No. 196 change to corner Mich. St. & Ewing Ave. Light #459 change to first alley east of Carroll St. on Vistula Ave. Light # 45 change to midway between Sample and Miami Sts. on Vistula Ave. Light #601 change to approximate location on Vistula Ave. of the Home_ Telephone Company's pole. bearing the following numbers2l77-156-175-20. Light #499 change to Vistula Ave -midway between I & M.poles 21 and 22, ° circuit 1. .Light #496.change to corner Niles Ave. & Howard St. Light #500 change to corner Washington and Francis. Light #416 change to Notre Dame Ave. & La Salle Ave. Light #502 change -to corner Columbia and South. Light #760 change to Portage Ave. & Allen St. Light #587 change to Golden Ave. & Riverside Drive. Light #316 change to corner Jefferson and Taylor Sts. Light #416 discontinue and put in arch light corner Colfax Avenue & LaPorte. Light #664 discontinued and arc light put in corner Hudson Ave. and Riverside Drive. Arc light on Ginz Ave. change to corner Fellows and Broadway. Arc light at William and South St. move to west side of walk leading to Lake Shore Station. Light #460 • arc light at the foot of East Wash. Ave. change to 60 Watt incandescent on iron pole and with red globe the same as used on St. Louis St. at intersection of E. Jefferson Blvd. Lights #66o2662265826562654 and 652 you will please discontinue. This will constitute the changes the Board of Pyblic Works desires to make with reference to the underground district and will enable you to proceed -at once with your underground construction after your blue prints have been approved by the Board -and City Council.` Also the first arc light on Elder Street East of Michigan change to the 1st. alley east of Michigan and Elder or alley immediately back of the Elder School.
