2 7:3 CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 31. Resolved by the Board. of Public Works of tree City of 'South Bend, Indiana: That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City: - Beginning att a point oil the northerly line of the right of way of the Lake Shore, & !Michigan Southern Railway Co; vt.ere easterly line of Ottawa Court produced south interest same:: then-ce" south- erly on the easterly line of said Ottawa Court produced to the South line of the Lake Score & Michigan Southern Railway Co. Is right of dray; thence westerly on southerly line of said right of way to a point in line with the westerly line 0f Ottowa Court produced souherly hence northerly on the westerly line of Ottowa Court produced to the northerly line of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Railways s Co.'s right ,of way; thence easterly on the north— erly line of said right of way to the place of beginning. The following _'described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation: — Beginning at a point on the northerly line of the right of way of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Railway Co; where the easterly line ff Ottawa Court pro— duced south intersects same; thence southerly on the easterly line of ,said Ottawa Court pro— duced to the south line of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Railway Co.'s right of way; thence westerly on the southerly line of said rioit of way to a point in line with the westerly line of Ottawa Court produced southerly; thence northerly on the westerly line of Ottawa Court produced to the northerly line of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Railway Co. Is right of way; thence easterly on the northerly line of said rigrit of way to the place of begirming. Also all the lots, land parcels of lots and parcels of land in the follow ins, described district, to —wit:— Beginning at the north east corn:r of lot 1 in Kinzie & Goods Sub. Division of lot 1 Jakob Leer's lst. Sub. Division; thence south on the east line of said Kinzie & Goods Sub —Division to the northerly line of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railway Co. right of way; thence easterly on northerly line of said right of way to the center of Vernon Street; thence soh on the center line---ofVernon Street to the center of Calvert Street; thence west on the center line of Calvert Street to tie center line of. Leer Street.;, thence north on the center line of Leer Street to.the no nth line of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Railway Co.Ts right of vaay; thence easterly on the northerly line of said right of way to west line of Kinzie & Good's Sub. thence N. on said W. line t; Vistula Avenue. thence easterly to beginning. The purpose of such appropriation is OPENING AND EXTENDING OTTAVIA COURT ACROSS THE RIGHT OF WAY OF THE LAKE SHORE & MICHI "A°? SOUTHERN RAILWAY CO.
