Franklin Street, South Bend, Indiana: <br /> Dear Mr. Relos: <br /> I have reviewed the information you supplied for the proposed Data Realty property in <br /> the 1100 Block of South Franklin Street, South Bend, Indiana. I have attached the <br /> standard ALTA Survey requirements for items from Table "A" that would be shown on <br /> the survey drawing. <br /> The cost for the preparation of the ALTA Survey for this site would be in the range of <br /> $ 2,650 to $ 2,850. <br /> If this proposal is acceptable, we will require updated Title work for the survey <br /> property along with copies of all easements shown on the Title work. <br /> With project approval by February 25th, we could have crew on site within 3-5 <br /> working days or less with permitting weather conditions, to begin the required fieldwork. <br /> The drawing would be sent by the week of March 7th, if not before.
