South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (1) Agreement for Services with Downtown <br /> South Bend, Inc. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that this is the Commission's <br /> standard agreement for services with <br /> Downtown South Bend, Inc. Mr. Kain, <br /> acting director of Downtown South Bend, <br /> was present to answer any questions the <br /> Commission had. <br /> Mr. Downes asked if there were any <br /> significant differences between this <br /> agreement and those in the past. Mr. Kain <br /> responded that there are not. The bulk of the <br /> TIF allocation goes towards the DTSB <br /> Ambassador Program which deals with <br /> beautification efforts. A small amount goes <br /> towards streetscape enhancements. and a <br /> small portion goes towards recruitment and <br /> 7 <br />
