Housing <br /> (1) Loan and Grant in connection with the <br /> j South Bend Home Improvement Program <br />� for property located at 909 Sancome Ave. <br />� (Gloria E. Sharp) <br /> Mr. Inks noted that the loan is in the amount <br />° of$3,150. The grant is $3,000.67. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN AND GRANT <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the 1N CONNEC7'ION WITH THE SOUTH BEND HOME <br />� Commission approved the Loan and Grant in IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY <br /> I LOCATED AT 9O9 SANCOME AVE.(GLORIA E. <br /> connection with the South Bend Home SHARP) <br />� Improvement Program for property located at <br /> 909 Sancome Ave. (Gloria E. Sharp). A loan <br /> request is for$3,150. The grant is for <br /> $ <br /> 3 000.67. <br /> , <br /> E. South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (1) Agreement for Services with Downtown <br /> South Bend, Inc. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that this is the Commission's <br /> standard agreement for services with <br /> Downtown South Bend, Inc. Mr. Kain, <br /> acting director of Downtown South Bend, <br /> was present to answer any questions the <br /> Commission had. <br /> Mr. Downes asked if there were any <br /> significant differences between this <br /> agreement and those in the past. Mr. Kain <br /> responded that there are not. The bulk of the <br /> TIF allocation goes towards the DTSB <br /> Ambassador Program which deals with <br /> beautification efforts. A small amount goes <br /> towards streetscape enhancements. and a <br /> small portion goes towards recruitment and <br /> 7 <br />
