G. Notices and Demands. H. Governing Law. This Contract shall be interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the State of Indiana. I. Corporate Authori ty. The undersigned person executing and delivering this Contract on behalf of the Company represents and certifies that he is the duly authorized officer of the general manager of the Company and has been fully empowered, by proper action by said general manager and the Company to execute and deliver this Contract and that all necessary corporate action has been taken and done by the Company and its general manager.
