EXHIBIT A <br />Legal Description of Property <br />The Site, as defined in this Agreement, shall consist and apply to only the following <br />parcels: <br />Lot 3A <br />Lot 3A Blackthorn Corporate Office Park Major Subdivision #Two <br />Section Three, recorded May 29, 2001 in the Office of the Recorder of <br />St. Joseph County, Indiana, as Instrument No. 0123942 <br />(Such property shall be referred to herein as "Lot 3A ".) <br />Lot 7 <br />A part of Lot seven (7) in Blackthorn Corporate Office Park as recorded <br />under Instrument Number 9438010 in the Office of the Recorder of St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a Northerly corner of said Lot 7, which corner <br />being common with the most westerly corner of lot 3A in <br />Blackthorn Corporate Office Park, Minor #10, as recorded <br />under Instrument Number 0123942 in the Office of said <br />Recorder; Thence South 38 degrees 59 minutes 52 seconds <br />East along a common line to said Lots 7 and 3A, a distance of <br />375.00 feet to the most Southerly corner of said Lot 3A; <br />Thence North 57 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West, a <br />distance of 125.29 feet; Thence North 38 degrees 59 minutes <br />52 seconds West parallel to said common line of Lot 7 and Lot <br />3A, a distance of 256.85 feet to a point on the Southeasterly <br />right of way line of Nimtz Parkway, said point on a non- <br />tangent curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of <br />790.00 feet, a central angle of 2 degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds <br />and chord of 40.23 feet bearing North 57 degrees 11 minutes <br />35 seconds East; Thence Northeasterly along said curve, a <br />distance of 40.24 feet to the point of beginning. <br />(Such property shall be referred to herein as "Lot 7 ".) <br />0 <br />
