The Board decided to release SJilbur T,�. <br /> ',�arner Corporation of their contract and sign ne� contract <br /> vaith Scherma�n-Schaus-Freer�an Company at the same cost, due to <br /> the fact that these t��vo companies wer� the only original bidders <br /> and t'_na,t T�r.
