INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />Department of Innovation & Technology <br />City of South Bend 227 W Jefferson Blvd <br />TO: Board of Public Works, Linda Martin <br />CC: Danielle Fulmer, Ann Orr, Sandra Kennedy, Michael Schmidt, Jennifer Hockenhull <br />FROM: Daniel O'Connor <br />SUBJECT: ADSi Database Development and Reporting Enhancements <br />DATE: 11/2/2017 <br />Linda and Members of the Board <br />We are submitting for review and approval a professional services quotation in the amount of <br />$12,000 from our existing vendor partner ADSL The City of South Bend/South Bend Police <br />Department team is requesting ADSI's help putting together reporting tables accessible via <br />Cyber Query to address challenges regarding NIBRS reporting and APPRA requests. <br />IT has worked with the police department team and ADSi to define what is needed and the <br />work to be completed and is in support of proceeding with this Professional Services <br />engagement. Innovation & Technology will fund this out of the IT Professional Services Account <br />for the amount of $12,000. <br />Thank you. <br />Daniel O'Connor <br />
