8. Reviewing a Shop Drawing more than three times, as a result of repeated inadequate <br />submissions by Contractor. <br />9. Wile at the Site, compliance by Engineer and its staff with those terms of Owner's or <br />Contractor's safety program provided to Engineer subsequent to the Effective Date that <br />exceed those normally required of engineering personnel by federal, state, or local safety <br />authorities for similar construction sites. <br />PART 3 — SCHEDULE <br />A3.01 Professional Design Services <br />A. Work was previously conducted to assist with time dependent FEMA damage assessments. These <br />tasks are noted above in Section A1.0l .A. No additional work shall begin on the project under this <br />agreement until the Consultant receives a written notice to proceed from the Owner. <br />B. All work by the Engineer under this Agreement shall be completed and delivered to the Owner for <br />review and approval within the following anticipated delivery dates: <br />a. Site Survey August 30, 2018 <br />b. Geotechnical Analysis September 30, 2018 <br />c. Perform Schematic Design November 15, 2018 <br />d. Submit Schematic Design Package November 15, 2018 <br />e. Meet with City to Discuss Schematic Design November 28, 2018 <br />f. Finalize Schematic Design December 7, 2018 <br />C.
