Long, tha.t <br /> Of�icer Chas. Kemmerly be retirec� �rom active duty and re�erred to � <br /> the Pension Board. In order to give 1:2r. Kem�erly time to have applica- <br /> tion accepted by the Pension Board, the Board ordered the Clerk to <br /> noti�y Sergeant H. Vlhitmer, Secretary of Police Pension Fund, also <br /> Idr. Kemmerly and he gives a <br /> history of having Diabetis fo r a nnmber of years� also that he <br /> was unable to carry on his du ties during the hot weather. There- <br /> fore, it is my opinion that he is not fit for active duty and it <br /> is my recommendation, to your Board, that he be placed on the <br /> Pension list. <br /> Respect�ully, <br /> E.
