Since last Novernber �-rhen the Board <br /> ordere Sam Broarn belts for the men, it v�as necessary for them to <br /> carry la.rge holster ��ith the lap. i�To��r that tn.ey do riot use the <br /> Sam Br vm belts during the summer months, Chief asked that they be <br /> alloc�e to use shoulder holsters, and sug�ested a special ty�e. <br /> After onsideration, the Board authorized and ordered the Clerk to <br /> make a trip to Chieago and purchase the necessasy •number of shonlder <br /> holste s. In orderin� the Clerk to go to Chicaoo, the Board explained <br /> they f lt it r�as impossible to purchase such holsters here, also <br /> :•rould e able to purchase them a� a niuch loc�er cost in Chica�o .
