Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of <br />Benefits form, and supporting information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br />build up to 12 single - family condominiums at a cost of $4,100,000. The project meets the qualifications <br />for a.(5) five -year real property tax abatement.
