Council Procedures Ordinance <br /> Page 3 <br /> (3) Recommend to the Council Member-respondent or to a Council Member who <br /> violated any other provision of this Code, that he or she resign his or her position <br /> on a standing and/or special committee; <br /> (4) Recommend to the Council Member-respondent or to a Council Member who <br /> violated any other provision of this Code, that he or she resign from his or her <br /> office of GYH�Council Member, <br /> (5) Refer the matter to the County Prosecutor's Office for appropriate action; er <br /> (b) Refer the matter, by a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the Council for expulsion from <br /> the Common Council. ;_or <br /> (7) Subject the Council Member-respondent or a Council Member who violated an <br /> other provision of this Code to a minimum ordinance fine of not less than <br /> twenty-five dollars 25.00 er violation and loss of further consideration of an <br /> travel "r motional and instructional monies addressed in Section 2-2 1 of this <br /> Code for the remainder of the calendar year. <br /> Section IV.
