Communication from Housing Authority of <br /> South Bend. <br /> January 26, 2011 COMMUNICATION FROM HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND <br /> Marcia Jones, President <br /> South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br /> 227 West Jefferson Blvd. Suite 1200 S <br /> South Bend, IN 46601 <br /> Subject: Appreciation for Temporary Use <br /> Agreement <br /> Dear Ms. Jones, <br /> As we conclude the Exterior Improvements to our <br /> properties at 425 and 501 Alonzo Watson Drive, <br /> we wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and <br /> the Commission for the Temporary Use Agreement <br /> for the use of the Shillings Camera Building <br /> located at 325-329 Lafayette, South Bend, 46601. <br /> The Use Agreement helped reduce the transit <br /> between the work site and warehouse for our <br /> contractor and thus helped ensure a successful <br /> completion of our projects. As;you may have <br /> noticed, we have been able to completely update <br /> the look of both our High Rise Buildings and hope <br /> you agree with us that this also adds to the <br /> betterment of the area in general. <br /> Sincere appreciation is also expressed for the <br /> professional and friendly work of Bill Schalliol and <br /> Debrah Jennings who both made our contractors <br /> feel comfortable at all times.
