South Side Development Area <br /> (2) Resolution No. 2844 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an <br /> Amendment to the Addendum to the <br /> Master Agency Agreement (Ireland Road <br /> Improvements—Fellows to Miami— <br /> Supplement #1) <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2844 <br /> and its addendum to the Master Agency <br /> Agreement amends the Ireland Road <br /> improvement project from Fellows to Miami. <br /> The original scope of the project was to <br /> design a new intersection with dedicated turn <br /> movements at Ireland and High and to design <br /> a pedestrian trail connection and related <br /> lighting and streetscape improvements on the <br /> north side of Ireland from Fellows to Miami. <br /> This amendment adds the following scope of <br /> services to the project: (1) additional survey, <br /> sidewalk and curb design on Miami Street <br /> north of Erskine Golf Course to Byron Dr.; <br /> 28 <br />
