They are a <br /> long time family-owned gear business that <br /> has produced gears for this market for many <br /> years. Schafer Gear is excited to be part of <br /> this start-up venture. (South Bend <br /> Redevelopment Commission on behalf of <br /> Oliver Plow Partners LP) <br /> Mr. Mathia noted that Oliver Plow Partners <br /> is in the process of purchasing 4.4 acres in <br /> the Oliver Plow Industrial Park from the <br /> South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br /> Oliver Plow Partners intends to construct a <br /> warehouse/distribution facility to <br /> accommodate a tenant, ABC Supply <br /> 15 <br />
