5 <br />41 <br />Regular 1-feeting December 2nd. 1929. <br />Fleeting held in the Board of Safety office at <br />p.m. 1Ir. Reeder and Dr. Johnson attended. <br />Fire Department. <br />Requisitions were approved. <br />Applications of Dorninik Schramski, D. Blackford, Leo J. <br />Bluer and Rasimir Kielock were approved and ordered placed on <br />file. A communication from Mr. Ililtenberger was ordered placed <br />oil file. <br />Weights and Measures. <br />Requisitions were ordered approved. Motion prevailed <br />t at the weekly report be placed on file. <br />Electrical Lepartment. <br />110tion prevailed that bills be paid. Requisitions were <br />a roved. <br />Police Department. <br />Requisitions were approved. <br />Applications of Fred. Hammer and Lloyd Thompson <br />were approved and ordered placed on file. <br />Applications for taxi cab stands were ordered <br />di tributed to the various taxi companies. <br />Petition for a traffic signal at Miami and L. W. E. <br />was ordered investigated and to be reported at a later date. <br />'itiio ion prevailed that I.I.A. Donahue 'of the Gas. Co. be notified <br />of he action of the board. <br />Motion prevailed that IUTotorcycle Officer Harry <br />Everett be sent to the i,otorcycle factory for a few days so that <br />he may become familiar with the repair work for the motorcycles <br />now in service in the department. Chief of olice James J. <br />Hatt was instructed to make the necessary plans for the course <br />to be followed. <br />Motion prevailed that the Clerk of the Board of Safety <br />vi it former Officer Szymanski and make some arrangement for <br />the settlement of his uniform account/ <br />Motion prevailed that the Chief of Police make a <br />check of the city in regard to punch boards and to see that <br />if any are found they be confiscated at once, <br />meeting.
