The regular weekly meting of the Board of Public Saf ty was <br />held in the Boards oOffice <br />Monday October 28th., lti 29 <br />Meeti g was called to order at 4 :10 P.14. by Vice Pres. Reeder <br />M11r. Ei�geldrum was not present <br />11inutels of the last regular meeting were read and approved. <br />81� <br />FIRE DEPT. <br />Fire lept, bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />11otion prevailed that the a.pplicationsof Phil Cappert, Sylvester J. <br />Makie ski, Casimer Lesik, and Clifford L. Tuttle be accepted and <br />place on file. <br />ELECTRICLL DEPT. <br />Elect ical yept. bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motio prevailed that an automatic traffic controll signal be erected <br />at td intersection of Mishawaka. Ave. and Ironwood Drive. <br />DEPT. uF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES <br />City cealers bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motior prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns be <br />appro ed and ordered placed on file. <br />POLICE DEPT. <br />Policq Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Elotior prevailed that the bonds of' Offi -,r Vernon Ellis, and Otis <br />Cu_ni gham be approved and ordered placed on file. Employers <br />Liability Assurance Corp. were named as surety. <br />Motiox prevailed that # ## parking on E. Washington Ave. from <br />Michi an St. to the Race be limited to two hours. <br />Motiox prevailed that Detective Sergt. Harrold Whitmer be meeting <br />of thE National Co: .q- _ission on Law Observance and Enforcement at <br />uhe U iversity of Chicago on November 11th. and 12th.,1929 <br />Motion prevailed that a. one car loading zone be established at 111 <br />W. Wayne St. <br />Motio: prevailed that uriiami St. be made a preferential traffic <br />stree at its intersection with E.
